Return & Warranty Policy



Thank you for choosing our LIK Shaveware. Each razor is precision-machined from high-quality materials and undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping. This policy outlines our return, exchange, and warranty terms to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at [likshaveware@163.com] with your order number.
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow our return process outlined below.

Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for confirmed manufacturing defects or product quality issues. We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Incorrect order placement
Compatibility issues with third-party blades
Normal wear and tear from use
Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or modification
All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased second hand.

Important Note About Machined Products
Our safety razors are precision-machined from solid metal and detailed surface treatment to reach our standards. Minor surface scratches, tool marks, or slight variations in finish are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
These imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance, durability, or functionality of the razor in any way. If you have any concerns about the finish of your razor before or after delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to work out a solution for the customers.

Special Note for Rhodium & Gold Plated Models
Base Metal Imperfections
All plated razors undergo the same rigorous machining process as our stainless steel models before plating. Extremely minor machining marks or surface variations on the base metal may occasionally be visible through the plating. This is a natural characteristic of the electroplating process and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Due to the nature of electroplating, we cannot polish or remove these marks after plating without damaging the finish. If you have any concerns about the appearance of your plated razor before or after delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to review photos and address your questions.


Plating Care & Limitations
Our rhodium and gold plating provides exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, but it is not indestructible. The plating will not withstand:
Dropping, impact, or blunt force trauma
Intentional scratching or scraping
Exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners
Improper cleaning with metal polishes or scouring pads
Excessive force during assembly or disassembly
We cannot re-polish, re-plate, or repair damaged plating under any circumstances. Any damage to the plating caused by the above actions is not covered under warranty.


Quality Issue Return Process
If you believe your razor has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the defect
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
If the claim is approved, the customer service team will work out a solution to address the issues.

Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for all our safety razors. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
If your razor develops a manufacturing defect at any time during normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by drops, impacts, or accidents
Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage
Damage caused by modification or disassembly
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
Blades or other consumable items
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within1 to 3 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after regular business hours will be processed the following business day. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take3–5 business days.

International Shipping Options

We ship worldwide with three service levels.Every shipment includes a unique tracking numberfor full visibility.

  • Economy Shipping Carrier: Local postal servicesDelivery: 14–30 business days. Restriction: Does NOT deliver to any overseas territories of the UK, USA, or France (see list below)

  • Standard Shipping Carrier: UPS, USPS, or DHLDelivery: 7–14 business daysCoverage: All countries and territories globally

  • Express Shipping Carrier: UPS, USPS, or DHLDelivery: 2–5 business daysCoverage: All countries and territories globally

Economy Exclusions (Overseas Territories)

Economy service is unavailable to:

  • UK Territories: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Falkland Islands, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands
  • US Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands
  • French Territories: French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia

We reserve the right to upgrade Economy orders to Standard/Express or cancel for refund if destination is excluded. If you do not see the Economy Shipping option listed for your shipping address during checkout, please reach out to our customer support team. We will confirm whether Economy Shipping is available for your location and provide you with the exact pricing and estimated delivery timeframe.

Tracking Your Shipment

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link once your order ships. Please allow24–48 hoursfor tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibilityand not included in product or shipping costs. We comply with customs regulations and declare full order value.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Notify our support team within7 daysof expected delivery for lost/damaged packages. We will coordinate with the carrier and provide a refund or replacement at no cost if the claim is approved.

Incorrect Shipping Address
